Job Description

The Curator is a salesperson and the first point of contact for customers in the Fluent dispensary, providing exceptional customer service and matching customer needs with the right products.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service while meeting and/or exceeding sales goals
Increase dispensary, team, and personal sales
Deliver great customer experiences and assess customer health conditions and needs
Escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor
Assist with deliveries and conduct inventory counts and sales reports
Maintain knowledge of the product guide and understand the benefits of Medical Cannabis

Requirements

Previous customer service experience desired
Sales experience
Working knowledge of MS Office
Associate degree or higher
At least 21 years of age
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen
