Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while meeting and/or exceeding sales goals
• Increase dispensary, team, and personal sales over time
• Deliver great customer experiences in any environment
• Use available resources efficiently to assess customer health conditions and needs
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor
• Assist with deliveries as a Health Educator
• Conduct inventory counts and sales reports
• Record details of each customer interaction and actions taken
• Follow up on customer issues requiring additional research
• Maintain knowledge of the product guide and benefits of Medical Cannabis

Requirements

• Minimum of an Associate degree, Bachelor's degree preferred
• One+ years sales experience, dispensary-related experience a plus
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
