Job Description

The Curator is a salesperson and the first point of contact for customers in the dispensary, responsible for creating a positive experience and providing knowledge on Fluent products.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals
Increase dispensary, team, and personal sales
Deliver great customer experiences and assess customer health conditions and needs
Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors
Assist with deliveries and conduct inventory counts and sales reports
Maintain knowledge of the product guide and benefits of Medical Cannabis

Requirements

1+ year of sales experience
No specific education requirements
Customer service skills
Sales experience
MS Office skills
Multitasking and organization skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
At least 21 years old
Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check
Must be able to pass a drug screen
