Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the grow environment, including temperature, humidity, and lighting
• Prune and train plants to promote healthy growth and maximize yields
• Assist with harvests, including cutting, trimming, and packaging
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and safety protocols
• Collaborate with other cultivation team members to achieve production goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in a cultivation or agricultural setting
• Knowledge of plant biology and horticulture principles
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
