Job Description

A Cultivation Technician is needed in Fitchburg, MA to assist in the daily operations of a cannabis cultivation facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in horticulture, botany, or a related field and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Cultivation Technician will be responsible for monitoring plant health, maintaining grow room conditions, and assisting with harvesting and pruning.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor plant health and report any issues to management
Maintain accurate records of plant growth and development
Assist with harvesting and pruning of cannabis plants
Maintain grow room conditions, including temperature, humidity, and lighting
Collaborate with other cultivation team members to achieve production goals

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of experience in horticulture, botany, or a related field
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Basic knowledge of plant biology and horticulture practices
