Cultivation Technician II

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Take on a variety of tasks and projects to ensure the watering of plants for a large-scale indoor cannabis cultivation
• Prep and properly stake each plant with emitter lines
• Water propagated plants
• Conduct substrate sensor readings and reportings
• Monitor cultivation plant health and emitting
• Support projects assigned by the leadership of the department
• Maintain the Irrigation department objectives and equipment as instructed by leadership
• Clean and maintain all areas, equipment, and material throughout the work area
• Participate in proactive participation to achieve high standard cultivation practices

Requirements

• At least 3 months employment with PharmaCann (preferred)
• At least 1 year of prior agricultural experience (preferred)
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to consistently achieve productivity and performance requirements
• Professional and respectful demeanor towards others
• Respectful verbal and written communication capability
