Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Breaking down harvested plants and preparing dried and sorted product for packaging
• Operating machinery to trim, sort, and touch-up product
• Cleaning and maintaining the Post Harvest area
• Data entry and logging of harvested and processed plants and harvest batches
• Ensuring accurate and legible logging of spreadsheets and labels
• Quality assurance review of product
• Communicating concerns with leadership
• Assisting associates to achieve team goals
• Maintaining a culture of professionalism

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 0-1 years of experience
• Must be 21 years old
• Attention to detail and ability to learn
• Punctual and dependable
• Cooperative and team-oriented work ethic
• Preferred commercial cannabis experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to consistently meet productivity and performance requirements
