Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Perform crop work and canopy maintenance
• Maintain the health and vitality of plants from propagation through harvest
• Execute plant care activities
• Ensure a disease- and pest-free environment
• Communicate priorities, issues, and solutions effectively
• Support a culture of safety and injury prevention
• Foster positive working relationships

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• 1–3 years of nursery or horticulture experience preferred
• Strong initiative, self-direction, and attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
• General knowledge of weights, measures, and cultivation practices
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
