Cultivation Technician

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Plant life topping, bottoming, transplanting, and defoliating
• Tending to grow types of media
• Scouting for disease or potential insects
• Training plants
• Adhering to national grow model and standards
• Harvesting, defoliating, and breaking down plants
• Sanitation and cleaning of plant housing devices, tables, and pots
• Reporting issues to management
• Maintaining and calibrating tools, equipment, and machinery

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• Associate degree or certifications preferred
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Must possess valid state ID
• Must be able to obtain and maintain state badging requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
• Ability to work at heights 6ft-8ft high using catwalk platforms, ladders, platform ladders, and scaffolds
