Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Daily supervision of a team of cultivation technicians
• Motivating team members in alignment with corporate values
• Conducting meetings to assign tasks and communicate daily business updates
• Abiding by safety policies and procedures
• Maintaining a clean, safe environment throughout the cultivation area
• Executing the IPM plan and identifying problems early on
• Implementing daily feed and care schedules
• Coordinating with the team to ensure consistency in crop pruning
• Maintaining reports on all cultivation activities
• Conducting routine visual inspections of plants to identify pests/deficiencies
• Ensuring all cultivation equipment and supplies are on hand and ready for use
• Monitoring and documenting daily temperatures, humidity levels, pH, and other metrics

Requirements

• Ability to lead a team and motivate team members
• Knowledge of cannabis cultivation and IPM plans
• Experience with safety policies and procedures
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in company software platforms or ability to quickly obtain functional knowledge
