Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in cultivating the finest medicinal and recreational cannabis
• Plant/Transplant according to established schedule
• Feed, Water, and treat each plant as required to maintain acceptable standards for growth and production
• Trim/Prune plants as needed according to cultivation schedule
• Follow Standard Work procedures for all cultivation activities
• Use state track and trace software to track all activities and work performed in the cultivation team
• Responsible for sanitation of equipment and production areas
• Monitor plants on an ongoing basis and perform quality control checks
• Maintain a clean and tidy workspace
• Collaborate with other Cultivation technicians in daily cultivation tasks
• Identify a wide variety of conditions such as plant diseases, existence of insects, nutrient deficiencies, etc.
• Handle all company products and tools with proper care

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a standard pre-employment / criminal background check
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must maintain punctual attendance
• Adaptable
• Able to Focus
• Time management skills
• Responsive to direction/supervision
• Team player
• Self-Motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Detail Oriented
• Ability to Communicate positively and effectively
• Prior Cannabis experience a plus
• At least 21 years of age
