Cultivation Supervisor

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with and take direction from the VP of Cultivation
• Manage inventory and ordering of nutrients, mediums, and equipment
• Identify and prepare preventative maintenance to eliminate mold, mildew, plant disease, damage, and pests
• Manage the crop growth environment and ensure compliance with regulations
• Serve as onsite contact and support for regulatory surveys
• Ensure deadlines and cultivation scheduling milestones are met

Requirements

• Minimum of GED or High School Diploma
• 2+ years of experience in the horticulture or agriculture industry
• Experience with setting up and expanding cultivation programs
• Proficiency in plant identification and basic math skills
• Excellent communication skills and leadership
• At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
