Cultivation Supervisor

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Revolution's core values: Community, Accountability, Revolutionary, Excellence
• Observe all safety and biosecurity practices and guidelines while executing tasks
• Ensure all section tasks are completed correctly and on time using the Revolution-approved standard operating processes
• Coordinate scheduled crop work with the Cultivation Manager and section team
• Develop and maintain schedules and quality control measures
• Manage team performance and attendance
• Mentor, coach, and train Cultivation Technicians
• Supervise and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and SOPs
• Inspect and record work quality and quantity of the section team
• Scout section plants to identify pest and disease issues and plan corrective actions
• Ensure accurate recording of data and observations using Biotrack and Cannabis365 operating systems

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a cultivation role at a Revolution cultivation facility or equivalent
• Demonstrated quality craftsmanship concerning plant health
• Commitment to high-quality work
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, formal or informal
• Ability to create a positive work environment
• Demonstrated ability to educate others on standard processes
• Demonstrated knowledge and adherence to biosecurity measures/regulations
• Ability to problem solve effectively and identify solutions quickly
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Must possess valid state ID
• Must be able to obtain, and maintain, state badging requirements
