Cultivation Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams of agents in topping, skirting, transplanting, and moving plants
• Responsible for pruning methods to produce healthy, consistent high-quality results
• Maintain processes and ensure Cresco Labs' policies and procedures are followed
• Data entry, track and trace, payroll, and personnel management
• Fertigation responsibilities including managing nutrients and reporting
• Train, develop, discipline, and hire staff as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in plant biology, physiology, biological sciences, or agricultural sciences
• Experience in a position with supervisory/managerial responsibilities
• Knowledge of plant cultivation and facility operations
• Critical-thinking, problem-solving, planning, and assessment skills
• Computer literacy in word processing, database management, and windows-based software
• OSHA certified in Safety training preferred
• Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
