Job Description

The Cultivation Staff is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of a cannabis cultivation facility. This includes monitoring and maintaining plant health, pruning and training plants, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of horticulture and cannabis cultivation principles, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the daily operations of the cultivation facility
Monitor and maintain plant health, including pruning and training
Ensure a clean and safe working environment
Collaborate with other staff members to achieve cultivation goals
Maintain accurate records of plant growth and development

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of experience in horticulture or a related field
Strong understanding of cannabis cultivation principles
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
