Job Description

Assist in day-to-day growing operations in the Cultivation Department

Key Responsibilities

Maintain IPM for all clones and plants
Move, empty, amend, or fill pots as directed
Maintain cleanliness and consistency in cutting plants
Maintain correct nutrients and moisture for all clones and plants
Ensure proper handling and harvesting of all plants
Top or Pinch clones to enhance the plant's shape and structure
Clean plants as directed
Metrc tag clones as directed

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
Experience in cannabis preferred, but not necessary
Must be 21 years of age
Ability to stand, walk, lift, crouch, stoop, reach
Solution-oriented attitude
Personal accountability
Clear communication
Adaptability and multitasking
