Cultivation Facilities Support Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks within cultivation areas
• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot cultivation-related electrical systems
• Perform minor to intermediate HVAC repairs
• Provide support and assistance in maintaining cultivation plumbing systems
• Diagnose issues in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Install appliances, equipment, and devices essential to cultivation operations
• Support repair and upkeep of structural elements within cultivation spaces
• Assist the Director of Cultivation and leadership team during cultivation-related building inspections
• Implement preventive maintenance on cultivation machinery and mechanical systems

Requirements

• Marijuana Establishment Agent Card
• Ability to read, interpret, and work from technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals
• Basic to intermediate understanding of IT systems used within cultivation operations
• Ability to communicate clearly whether verbally or in writing
• Comprehensive understanding of compliance software and job specific information technology
• Frequent travel between company sites to repair, maintain, and manage change for local systems
• Adherence to all industry standards set forth by Local, State, and Federal regulations
• Capacity to work autonomously to achieve daily directives and department goals
