Cultivation Agent - IPM

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Measure and mix pesticide and foliar applications and apply these mixtures according to Cresco Labs policy
• Communicate with IPM Supervisor and IPM Lead as well as other department supervisors and leads
• Ensure plant health by scouting, scoping, and monitoring plant health according to Cresco Labs policy
• Execute pest / disease treatment schedules as outlined by the IPM Supervisor
• Assist with data entry, and track & trace
• Fill out all IPM logs and reports as outlined by the IPM Supervisor and IPM Lead

Requirements

• Two years' experience in general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption
• Effective time-management, high attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work as a self-starter
• Ability to stand and wear proper protective equipment for extended time periods
• Ability to obtain and maintain State of Illinois Pesticide Applicator License
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
• Ability to read pesticide labels
• Basic math comprehension
• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
