Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Learning and following company agricultural practices
• Ensuring daily compliance with policies including state compliance, security protocols, and company SOPs
• Daily plant care such as watering, pruning, defoliating, and trimming
• Transplanting, potting, trellising, netting, plant training, and other plant production activities
• Cloning, cutting, rooting, and transplanting
• Monitoring plant growth, health, and appearance
• Documenting and recording the application of nutrients and substances
• Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of production area
• General cleaning duties and sanitizing rooms post-harvest

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older and pass a background check
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in a general production or manufacturing position
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
