Job Description

Curaleaf is seeking a Creative Manager, Production to join their team in Stamford, CT. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production of critical marketing materials across analog and digital mediums, ensuring high-quality output and optimizing efficiencies. They will lead a team of Production Artists, collaborate with internal partners and external vendors, and develop and manage processes to achieve executional goals.

Key Responsibilities

Build, develop and maintain a team of high-performing Production Artists
Develop close relationships with internal partners and stakeholders
Own, define and ensure critical processes are followed
Ensure creative projects are delivered efficiently from inception to execution
Partner with agency leadership to set a standard of excellence
Recruit and manage external resources required to execute work due to overcapacity
Organize and secure final mechanical artwork

Requirements

10-15+ years in Production Management with CPG and/or large-scale retail experience
Hands-on experience building and managing production processes
Expertise in managing external agency and vendor resources
Strong skills in organization and collaboration
Understanding of Legal/Regulatory process for a controlled category
Deep knowledge of Adobe Suite
