Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative across campaigns, brand, website, email, retail, and packaging
• Produce mid-to-senior level creative work
• Manage and provide feedback to Senior Designer
• Maintain brand standards, guidelines, templates, and assets
• Manage workload, timelines, and deliverables across teams
• Partner with Digital Marketing Manager to support paid + organic campaigns
• Present creative concepts to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Prioritize requests and manage intake
• Source and manage freelancers/photographers as needed

Requirements

• Strong creative and design skills
• Leadership and management experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with brand management and guidelines
• Familiarity with digital marketing and campaign execution
