Construction Project Specialist

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Weekly State Touchbase Coordination: scheduling and facilitating weekly touchbase calls for each active state
• Tracker Maintenance & Reporting: updating the construction project tracker and maintaining data quality and consistency
• Administrative & Process Support: managing the construction team's meeting calendar, tracking action items, and maintaining organized files
• Supporting the onboarding of new vertical PMs by orienting them to the reporting cadence and tracker structure

Requirements

• Three years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a similar support role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
• Proficiency with project tracking tools and virtual meeting platforms
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
