Construction Project Manager (Manufacturing/ CPG)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CPG construction projects and smaller business imperative, repair, or energy upgrade projects
• Direct all phases of construction project management, including due diligence, schedule and budget development, planning and design, FF&E procurement, and startup coordination
• Act as the single point of contact for field execution with key stakeholders, cross-functional departments, and outside contractors/equipment suppliers
• Prepare and update project status reports, tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials
• Actively track project performance, including cost, schedule, and scope delivery
• Develop execution plans, including resource-loaded critical path schedules
• Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and applicable safety regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 3-7 years of construction project management experience
• Expertise managing high-growth multi-site/multi-state locations
• Experience with construction budgets and tracking systems
• Familiarity with planning, operations, and manufacturing
• Advanced Microsoft Project and Excel skills
• Ability to perform ad-hoc projects
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and innovative
• Must pass background checks and be compliant with industry regulations
