Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive restructuring plan
• Identify inefficiencies and implement cost-saving initiatives
• Assess and manage risks associated with restructuring
• Oversee liquidity management, cost control, and debt restructuring efforts
• Work with creditors, investors, and stakeholders to negotiate terms
• Provide financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting
• Evaluate current business processes, personnel, and operational structures
• Recommend and implement workforce realignments
• Lead process improvement initiatives
• Act as a key liaison with lenders, investors, legal teams, and regulatory bodies
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations
