Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the President to develop and execute company strategy
• Lead senior operational leaders across all markets and functions
• Establish a culture of accountability, ownership, and execution discipline
• Oversee day-to-day operational performance across all functions
• Drive operational readiness for new markets, expansions, and process changes
• Maintain enterprise-level accountability for operational P&Ls
• Collaborate with Retail, Commercial, and Marketing leadership to support revenue growth
• Lead enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives
• Ensure operational compliance with all applicable regulations and internal controls

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in operations leadership, preferably in the cannabis industry
• Proven track record of driving business growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and expense management
