Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the President to develop operational plans
• Lead and align senior operational leaders
• Establish a culture of accountability and execution discipline
• Oversee day-to-day operational performance
• Ensure consistent execution and quality across all locations
• Drive operational readiness for new markets and expansions
• Maintain enterprise-level accountability for operational P&Ls
• Collaborate with Retail, Commercial, and Marketing leadership to support revenue growth
• Lead enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives
• Ensure operational compliance with regulations and safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a COO or similar executive role
• Strong leadership and operational management skills
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and expense management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of cannabis regulations and industry trends
