Cannabis Wholesale Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and manage wholesale sales strategies
• Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop accounts
• Utilize solution-based selling
• Manage a full sales cycle pipeline
• Track performance and sales metrics
• Develop sales opportunities
• Respond to objections and understand customer needs
• Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities

Requirements

• 2+ years of cannabis wholesale sales experience
• Physically located in Western Massachusetts
• Existing relationships with cannabis MSOs in Massachusetts (desirable)
• Superior customer service skills
• Experience working with marketing and cannabis operations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Tenacity to handle rejection
• Adaptive and able to deal with ambiguity
• Strong listening and persuasion skills
• High Emotional intelligence (EQ)
• Time management skills
• Strong team-orientation
• Bachelor's degree preferred
