Job Description

Proper Brands is offering a paid Cannabis Summer Internship program for highly motivated and passionate students who are interested in a career in the cannabis industry. The 8-12 week program will provide a fast-paced learning experience where interns will gain broad exposure to departments within the company, such as Cultivation/Post Harvest, Culinary/Processing, Human Resources/Compliance, Sales/Marketing, and Retail. The internship will be held at various locations in the St. Louis, MO area, including the Rock Hill, MO Facility, Festus, MO Facility, and Retail Dispensaries in Bridgeton, Kirkwood, or Ellisville.

Key Responsibilities

Work in a team environment to accomplish goals
Hit weekly goals and provide management with updates
Generate new ideas and processes to help Proper Brands improve and innovate
Collaborate with mentor(s) and other team members
Contribute department-specific research and knowledge to the final term project

Requirements

GPA of 3.0 or higher, all majors considered
Strong communication skills
Exceptional organization skills
Genuine interest and passion for the cannabis industry
Strong analytical and technical skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Creative and innovative approach to solving problems and resolving issues
Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the Missouri cannabis industry
