Cannabis Retail Regional Manager - St. Louis, MO

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational compliance across all assigned locations
• Act as the primary liaison between dispensary locations and corporate leadership
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance and provide operational support
• Collaborate with the Director of Retail Operations to develop and execute strategic plans
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies
• Provide mentorship and leadership to store General Managers
• Ensure high standards for employee training, customer service, and operational efficiency
• Conduct regular performance reviews with General Managers
• Monitor, analyze, and report on regional sales metrics, profitability, and expense management
• Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets

Requirements

• 7+ years of multi-unit management experience in retail, hospitality, or a related industry
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive success across multiple locations
• Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and compliance protocols
• HS Diploma or GED
• Passion for cannabis
• Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID
