Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Dispensary PRO staff
• Guide patients through the process of selecting the appropriate medicine
• Provide education of medical cannabis products
• Accurate transaction reporting to Metrc and OARRS
• Register patients/caregivers into the system
• Verify recommendation and status of patient ID card
• Provide customer service
• Assist patients with inquiries and concerns
• Adhere to Ohio laws and regulations
• Daily inventory of cannabis and non-cannabis inventory
• Communicate any activity or observations that are out of the ordinary

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a high school diploma, or the equivalent
• Must be able to pass all background check requirements and obtain licensing as set forth by the Division of Cannabis Control
• Retail or hospitality experience, preferred
• Must be able to work opening, closing, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without an accommodation
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
