Job Description

The Cannabis Retail Associate is responsible for guiding patients through the process of selecting the appropriate medical cannabis products and providing education on product types, uses, and dosage.

Key Responsibilities

Register customers into the system
Verify patient ID and recommendation
Provide education to patients on product types and dosage
Assist patients with inquiries and concerns
Adhere to Ohio laws and regulations
Maintain daily inventory of cannabis and non-cannabis products
Ensure compliance with applicable state and local laws

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Pass background check requirements and obtain licensing
Retail or hospitality experience preferred
Ability to work opening, closing, weekends, and holidays
