Job Description

The Forest is a marijuana dispensary seeking a part-time Cannabis Retail Associate to join their dynamic team in Springfield, OH. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, educate patients on medical cannabis products, and ensure compliance with applicable state and local laws.

Key Responsibilities

Guide patients through the process of selecting the appropriate medicine for their needs
Provide education on medical cannabis products
Register patients/caregivers into the system
Verify recommendations and status of MMJ cards
Adhere to doctors' notes and Ohio laws and regulations
Assist patients with inquiries and concerns
Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Pass all background check requirements
Obtain licensing through the Board of Pharmacy as a Dispensary Support Employee
Retail or hospitality experience preferred
