Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional patient experience
• Create a positive, memorable experience for every customer
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all dispensary products and medicinal qualities
• Inquire about any potential issues the customer might be experiencing
• Educate customers on a variety of available products
• Tailor product recommendations to meet the customer’s needs in compliance with state law
• Process dispensary sales efficiently and accurately
• Complete administrative duties, including attending team meetings and maintaining the cleanliness of the dispensary

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• 1+ years in retail and guest services
• Passion for medical cannabis
• Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service oriented and team centered with a positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID by start date
