Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional patient/customer experience
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all dispensary products and medicinal qualities
• Inquire about potential issues patients/customers might be experiencing
• Educate patients on available products and tailor recommendations to meet their needs
• Answer patient/customer questions and elicit feedback to customize recommendations
• Serve as a brand ambassador and maintain patient/customer confidentiality
• Process dispensary sales efficiently and accurately, including entering sales orders and maintaining an accurate cash count
• Complete administrative duties, such as attending team meetings and maintaining the cleanliness of the dispensary

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• 1+ years in retail and guest services
• Passion for medical cannabis
• Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer service oriented and team centered with a positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to gain and maintain a thorough understanding of the medicinal implications and effects of strains
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID by start date
