Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional patient experience
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all dispensary products and medicinal qualities
• Educate patients on available products and tailor recommendations to meet their needs
• Process dispensary sales efficiently and accurately
• Enter sales orders into the POS system and maintain an accurate cash count
• Complete administrative duties, including attending team meetings and maintaining the cleanliness of the dispensary
• Maintain patient confidentiality and serve as a brand ambassador

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• 1+ years in retail and guest services
• Passion for medical cannabis
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer service oriented and team centered with a positive attitude
• Ability to gain and maintain a thorough understanding of the medicinal implications and effects of strains
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID by start date
