Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Trim, weigh, package, and collect data for harvested plants
• Provide accurate and timely information to leads relating to weights, measures, quantities, etc.
• Responsible for production and labeling of secondary products
• Weigh and package concentrates and edibles
• Retrieve items to support operations from other areas
• Support machine change over by cleaning and staging equipment
• Identify and communicate problems to Lead
• Ensure sanitation standards are followed
• Accountable for quality control checks
• Collaborate with all Citizens in improving daily tasks

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a factory, production, food service, or fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to measure, package, and label in a precise manner
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to communicate using electronic media such as Slack and Outlook Email
• Knowledge of basic MS Office and METRC
• Strong attention to detail and hold themselves accountable to Standards of Work
• Solid communication and documentation skills
