Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Opening the store and completing all opening duties
• Reviewing the menu and making updates as needed
• Staying up to date with new strains, products, changes in laws, and industry trends
• Educating patients on all types of cannabis
• Reviewing orders and entering discounts as needed
• Promoting a positive work environment
• Verifying paperwork, documentation, and identification of all patients
• Working with new hires on product training and system training
• Ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the store

Requirements

• Open availability and flexibility
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years in retail and/or guest services
• 1+ years of cannabis retail experience
• Passion for medical cannabis
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain a Missouri Agent ID
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service-oriented and team-centered
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
