Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Creating a positive experience for every customer
• Ensuring customer safety and satisfaction
• Maintaining knowledge of dispensary products and medicinal qualities
• Inquiring about customer issues and educating them on available products
• Tailoring product recommendations to meet customer needs
• Answering customer questions and eliciting feedback
• Serving as a brand ambassador
• Maintaining customer flow and confidentiality
• Entering sales orders into the POS system
• Maintaining an accurate cash count and processing customer payments
• Updating sales and inventory records
• Attending team meetings and collaborating with staff during peak business volume
• Performing assigned dispensary side jobs and maintaining the cleanliness of the dispensary

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of retail and guest services experience
• Passion for cannabis
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service-oriented and team-centered
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to gain knowledge of medicinal implications and effects of strains
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID
