Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Creating a positive, memorable experience for every customer
• Ensuring the safety and satisfaction of every customer
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all dispensary products and medicinal qualities
• Inquiring about potential issues customers might be experiencing
• Educating customers on available products and tailoring recommendations to meet their needs
• Answering customer questions related to dispensary products
• Serving as a brand ambassador and maintaining customer confidentiality
• Entering sales orders into the POS system and maintaining an accurate cash count
• Processing customer payments and dispensing change
• Updating sales and inventory records accurately
• Attending team meetings and collaborating with dispensary staff during peak business volume
• Performing assigned dispensary side jobs and maintaining the cleanliness of the dispensary

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• 1+ years in retail and guest services
• Passion for cannabis
• Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer service-oriented and team-centered with a positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to gain and maintain a thorough understanding of medicinal implications and effects of strains
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID by the start date
