Cannabis Full-Time Field Specialist - St. Louis, MO

Key Responsibilities

• Increasing brand awareness, loyalty, and sales with assigned wholesale partner dispensaries and the local community
• Articulating the company's mission, vision, and goals to the assigned market
• Representing the brand through in-store pop-ups, trainings, industry, and/or community events
• Establishing and building rapport with customers and the staff of wholesale partner dispensaries
• Supporting the unique industry and/or community events in the assigned market
• Maintaining product displays and demo packaging in the marketing department with regular monthly audits of in-store displays and merchandising opportunities
• Monitor and optimize digital representation with wholesale partner dispensaries, ensuring accurate and compelling product information, imagery, and branding on menus
• Collecting market intel such as customer trends, competitor promotions, and activity
• Assisting Sales Managers with building a localized plan to increase brand awareness and product sell-through rates
• Collaborating closely with both Sales and Marketing teams on cross-department activities, campaigns, and promotions
• Managing the monthly presence of in-store support based on priority accounts in assigned markets
• Managing weekly pop-up & event schedule, acting as a primary point of contact for wholesale partner dispensaries
• Completing thorough recaps of brand pop-ups, events, and store visits through the associated CRM platform
• Weekly department and territory meetings to cover promotions, strategies, and upcoming industry events
• Special event assistance all over the state of Missouri as needed

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID card before start date
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or equivalent experience, in marketing/retail sales, and/or customer experience
• Experience representing brands in-store, at events, or through live consumer engagement preferred
• Self-motivated, proactive go-getter who thrives working independently with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate own schedule, including travel, store visits, and event timing
• Highly personable, outgoing, and confident interacting with the public
• Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools
• Proficient in Microsoft platforms (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word), CRMs, and reporting tools
• Comfortable delivering short, impactful product facts and key benefits tailored to different audiences
• Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks, take initiative, follow through, and get things done without being prompted
• Clear and reliable communicator who proactively flags issues, roadblocks, or changes in real time
• 100% reliable transportation
• Ability to pass annual MVR background checks
• Ability to maintain proof of car insurance and present biannually
• Requires the ability to work standing for several hours at a time
• The ability to lift to 50 lbs
