Cannabis Full-Time Field Specialist - Springfield, MO

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Increasing brand awareness, loyalty, and sales with assigned wholesale partner dispensaries and the local community
• Representing the brand through in-store pop-ups, trainings, industry, and/or community events
• Establishing and building rapport with customers and the staff of wholesale partner dispensaries
• Supporting the unique industry and/or community events in the assigned market
• Maintaining product displays and demo packaging in the marketing department with regular monthly audits of in-store displays and merchandising opportunities
• Monitor and optimize digital representation with wholesale partner dispensaries, ensuring accurate and compelling product information, imagery, and branding on menus
• Collecting market intel such as customer trends, competitor promotions, and activity
• Assisting Sales Managers with building a localized plan to increase brand awareness and product sell-through rates
• Collaborating closely with both Sales and Marketing teams on cross-department activities, campaigns, and promotions

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID card before start date
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or equivalent experience, in marketing/retail sales, and/or customer experience
• Experience representing brands in-store, at events, or through live consumer engagement preferred
• Self-motivated, proactive go-getter who thrives working independently with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate own schedule, including travel, store visits, and event timing
• Highly personable, outgoing, and confident interacting with the public
• Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools
• Proficient in Microsoft platforms (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word), CRMs, and reporting tools
