We have an exciting opportunity for a Cannabis Fulfillment Specialist to join us on our journey to transform our bold ambitions for the Missouri cannabis market into a reality. The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for supporting the fulfillment department by performing the essential, basic tasks of packing orders, both wholesale and internal.

Key Responsibilities

Assists with the fulfillment operations of post-harvest production
Print and review wholesale and vertical dispensary purchase orders via our inventory management system Apex
Communicate with the distribution team regarding delivery routing
Communicate with fulfillment and METRC teams
Physically pack and build out wholesale and vertical dispensary orders
Create shipping labels for wholesale and vertical dispensary orders
Create transfer packages for wholesale and vertical dispensary orders
Create transfer manifests for wholesale and vertical dispensary orders
Coordinate shipping details for wholesale and vertical dispensary orders
Assist with vault inventory management
Communicate with Sales and/or internal dispensary Store Managers/Inventory Leads regarding order discrepancies
Rectify any shipping or distribution errors/discrepancies
Moving product into and through the vault
Packing up for final distribution and quality checking purchased orders before delivery

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to show progressive responsibility, and a willingness to accept additional projects or challenges
Knowledge of cannabis fulfillment and inventory operations
Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law
Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID by start date
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid Driver’s License & Clear MV report based on company MV requirements
Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Effective time management and planning skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs
