Job Description

The Cannabis Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient fulfillment of cannabis orders in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical to the success of the company, as it directly impacts customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and process incoming orders
Pick and pack products for shipment
Ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment of orders
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Communicate with customers and internal teams as needed

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
