Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily cultivation operations, including watering, pruning, and monitoring plant health
• Maintain a clean and organized growing environment, adhering to strict sanitation protocols
• Monitor and control environmental factors, such as temperature, humidity, and light levels
• Harvest and trim mature crops, preparing them for processing and distribution
• Collaborate with the cultivation team to identify and resolve any issues affecting plant health or growth

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in horticulture or a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a cultivation or horticultural setting
• Knowledge of plant nutrition, pest management, and disease control
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
