Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Answer questions and make recommendations about cannabis products
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of cannabis products, including strains, edibles, and concentrates
• Process transactions and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of cannabis products and laws preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
