Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and friendly Cannabis Budtender to join our dispensary team in Watertown, MA. As a budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions about our products, and making recommendations to patients and customers. You will work closely with our team to ensure a positive and educational experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
Answer questions and make recommendations about cannabis products
Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including strains, edibles, and concentrates
Work closely with the dispensary team to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment
Process transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements

21+ years of age
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
Knowledge of cannabis products and laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
