Job Description

Curaleaf is seeking a Cannabis Ambassador to drive local brand engagement and education across Curaleaf outlets and third-party dispensaries. This role supports the local sales team by delivering brand and product training to Curaleaf staff and independent dispensary teams. The Ambassador will lead consumer engagement initiatives, including in-store demos, and participate in trade and select non-retail events.

Key Responsibilities

Drive brand education across all regional touchpoints
Implement training across all commercial touchpoints for Curaleaf
Partner with sales teams to organize training schedules and frequency
Manage training for both wholesale and Curaleaf retail staff
Develop and deploy regional education materials
Train regional Curaleaf personnel on category, brands, and products
Influence, inspire, and incentivize
Execute dispensary incentives to drive sales and reinforce product knowledge
Deliver branded merchandise and swag to dispensaries
Represent the brand at select consumer events
Maintain consistent communication with regional sales teams
Implement digital training programs across the region
Design and support product launches

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
2-3+ years of experience in cannabis and cannabis science
Engaging public speaker; skilled in influencing audiences
Adept at calendar management
Experienced in product training or sales
Worked in regulated industries
Ability to travel up to 75% throughout the region
Must reside within the assigned sales region
