Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and maintaining vendor relationships for materials, supplies, and services
• Developing and managing RFI/RFP formats and processes
• Negotiating contracts with vendors
• Managing the purchasing and ordering process
• Collaborating with internal teams to fulfill purchase orders and resolve issues
• Utilizing ERP systems to manage procurement and inventory
• Identifying areas for process improvement and optimization

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
• 1-5+ years of experience in CPG, Pharma, or Cannabis industry in a supply chain or procurement capacity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of ERPs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
