Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to customers
• Maintain a strong knowledge of cannabis products and make personalized recommendations
• Operate a point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products and laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
