Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
• Make product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
• Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, including visual merchandising and inventory management
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including cannabis strains, edibles, and other products
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in the cannabis industry
• Knowledge of cannabis products, including strains, edibles, and other products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
• High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred
